We offer a welcome to veterans and their families from all walks of life, we back the New Milford community through a myriad of avenues and we have volunteer opportunities tailored to your interests. We are the nation's most influential, effective, and dependable advocate of veteran affairs fighting for better active-duty pay, improved housing for active-duty families and helping to ensure that the VA's medical system can properly care for veterans. Plus, the American Legion has service officers specially trained to provide expert assistance, free of charge, to veterans and their families.

Of course, checks are always welcome, just print this application form and mail with your DD214 to Post Ezra Woods, POB 9, New Milford, CT 06776. Membership dues are not tax deductible.
